We recognise that none of our clients have identical needs in terms of the end solution, it's management and maintenance. That's why IDT are committed to supporting the education of internal staff in key support and development roles.

We are able to provide training so that your staff can take full ownership of the day-day management of your new solution, safe in the knowledge that IDT's maintenance backs them up whenever required. Our training courses include administration of the implemented tools and when applicable, training on the development of the system allowing you to use the same tools in further departments, additional projects and deeper integration with systems such as ERP, manufacturing etc.

The training can take many forms, but regardless of format, the course content and support materials will provide the level of support your staff need to become confident and self-sufficient.
