We start by making sure we understand the problem and just how far the current situation is from 'best practise'.  We then spend time designing a solution that takes the optimal path, which simply means the one that is right for you.  Whilst needs often seem similar, solutions rarely are.

We then work alongside you to implement the agreed solution, usually side-by-side with your key staff, in a way that efficiently copes with changes and iterations as they occur.  This approach means that you get what you want quickly and with the least pain.

In parallel with implementation, we will lead the training of all who need it.  We strongly believe that your organisation should be in a position to take ownership of the solution and technology, so that further development in this and other projects are fully under your control.

Finally, your peace of mind, and the smooth running of any solution, relies upon strong, reliable support and diligent maintenance.  IDT has an innovative approach here too, with all of our support staff being fully-trained design and implementation engineers, skilled as much in service and communication as in the technology.
