Product & Solution Sales
Unlike many traditional Sales departments, you will meet trained product professionals who's role it is to discuss your project objectives and motivations, identify if and how we can help you, and then work with you throughout solution delivery. Each Account Manager is an expert in IDT’s Business Process Optimisation practice and will remain your main point of contact, keeping you abreast of developments and potential opportunities for your business.

Solution Development
The closer we work with you, the more we understand and therefore better we can tailor our solutions. Combined with cross-departmental communication – between Sales, Technical Services and Management – helps us to learn something from everything we do. This knowledge is used to ensure our solutions and services are optimal and remain ahead of the competition.
Technical Support Services
We take support seriously. Our implementation and support staff are all drawn from the same pool. We do not employ under-qualified 1st-line operatives or message-takers. Choosing instead to rotate staff assignments and ensure all our technical and engineering staff benefit from a broad range of experiences and challenges. The training of skills extends from this department into Sales and Administration/Management with regular sessions to ensure that every member of staff has competent technical knowledge.
