BPM (Business Process Management) can be defined as "a method of efficiently aligning IT with the business". In a practical sense, it can be applied to automate passive processes in daily work life. In a simple statement however, BPM is a way (usually a piece of software) that manages your business processes to achieve compliance efficiency and control.
