IDT offer a variety of courses based around the Metastorm BPM product suite. The two most popular are the Designer Basics course and the System Administrator course. Both are 1 day courses that can be hosted at our Welwyn Garden City office or at your own site.
The Designer Basics course covers the basic concepts of Actions and Stages and culminates with the creation of a simple but working process. This course is equally suited to Business users and Technical staff.
The System Administrator course covers the day-to-day administration tasks that should be carried out to ensure an optimally functioning system. This course is intended for System Administrators or Developers who wish to have a deeper understanding of the underlying architecture in a Metastorm BPM system.
