IDT offer a Business Process Analysis course intended for Business Analysts embarking on an implementation of Metastorm BPM or FormScape. The course is intended to give the Analysts a taster of what the Metastorm BPM and FormScape are capable of to allow them to gain the maximum optimisation of their companies business processes.
The Business Process Analysis course is a bespoke course based around a particular companies systems and is therefore not appropriate for a classroom based environment.
Since this is a bespoke course the length can be varied to your requirements but typically lasts between 1 and 2 days. The course is charged at £1500+VAT per delegate with each additional delegate charged at £500+VAT.
